The cottage was a former ghillie’s cottage, and the area provides excellent fishing. Outdoor sports of all kinds are well catered for, being good walking or riding country. The cottage is easily reached, only 15 minutes drive from Carlisle and the M6. Shops and pubs 2 miles.
