New Chef, Paul Clark, specialises in Italian cookery and particularly likes to include fish and game dishes on his menus.
On Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 June our Chef will be is bringing a Taste of France to the Drumlanrig Castle Tearoom and invites visitors to take advantage of his delicious, specially devised menu - a real treat for all those who venture out.
