Buccleuch Estates Limited is offering a diverse range of land and buildings to the open market.  In the past, the land and buildings were used for the in-hand farming activities on the Estate.  Due to business restructuring, these assets have become available and provide an excellent opportunity for additional land to farming enterprises or a great starter parcel of land for new entrants.

All land lies within 3 miles from Thornhill and varies from good arable ground, to permanent pasture. Three of the lots are buildings which can be tendered for separately to support the bare land lets.
