Drumlanrig Castle invites visitors to enjoy a tour of the magnificent and magical stately home. Visitors can tour the Castle on their own or alternatively join the regular guided tours which run throughout the season from Friday to Monday during July and August. This captivating tour takes place at 12.30 pm, 1.30 pm and 2.30 pm for a maximum of 20 visitors.
Dogs are welcome here at Drumlanrig but must be kept on a lead in the Gardens. In the wider Country Park and woodlands, which provide habitat for our wildlife, we ask that they are kept close at heel and that common sense prevails. In the interests of Health and Safety, however, dogs are not permitted in the Adventure Playground. All dog excrement must be cleared up at all times and some Events do not permit dogs to take part.
